Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By confirming a catering booking with us, you agree to the points below.

1. VAT. All prices listed are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the final total.
2. Booking confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.
3. Full payment. The full booking amount is required at checkout to reserve the requested date and time.
4. Payment receipt. The WooCommerce order and payment confirmation will be used as the booking record.
5. Service duration. Catering service is provided for 5 hours only. Any additional hour will be charged at 150 AED per hour.
6. Refund policy. Payment is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled at least 3 weeks before the event date.
7. Approved refunds. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
8. Extra consumption. Extra cups or items consumed beyond the confirmed order must be paid on the same day.
9. Changes & rescheduling. Changes to date, time, location or order details require at least one week notice and are subject to availability.
10. Delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect location details, access restrictions or last-minute client changes.
11. Final confirmation. Final confirmation means the client agrees to all terms listed above.
